6月8日大阪を皮切りにスタートした「m-flo」の全国ツアー「NEVEN」が、7月12日にSHIBUYA-AXにて開催された。「SQUARE ONE」から1年が経ち更にパワーアップしたm-floが帰ってきた。オープニングではレーザー光線が飛び交い観客の心を一つにしたと思えば入口で渡された音に連動するLEDリストバンドで観客は既に興奮気味。オールドスクールから最近の曲を混ぜ込んだエンターテイメント。唯一のゲスト出演には加藤ミリヤが登場し「LOVER」と「ONE DAY」を披露。そして、話題となった”世界初”となる全身モーションキャプチャー（Xsens）の披露はなんとも素晴らしい。ここまできたかといわんばかりの技術。

m-flo took their newest album ‘NEVEN’ on tour with a series of dates in cities across Japan this year. Where as past tours and live shows have featured appearances by a number of m-flo’s collaborators, NEVEN put the focus on the music. A state-of-the-art light & sound show encompassing newer tracks and re-mixed classics created a club like experience, which when we saw the show at Shibuya’s AX, had fans dancing for over 2 hours straight. LED lit wrist bands were controlled by wi-fi to light up and flash in a range of colors creating an amazing and ever changing visual effect. VERBAL and DJ TAKU debuted motion-sensor technology hidden in suits to create giant images of themselves and their movements in red and blue. Kato Milliyah was the sole vocal guest joining m-flo on stage to sing ‘LOVERS’, the lead track from NEVEN. Milliyah will again be joining VERBAL and Taku-san for the long since sold out special final Oto-Matsuri August 11th.
