2010年秋冬ミラノ・コレクションが幕を閉じ、駆け足でパリ・コレクションへと突入。気になるルックをピック。まず、ニール・バレット（Neil Barrett）、いつもとほぼ変わりはないが、やはりニール・バレットならではのパターン技法。素材使いはもちろん、ラペルの幅に左右異なった色使い、この変の技はニールの特徴とでも言えるはず。
Neil Barrett stays close to his trademark style, choosing detailed cuts and patterns over an attention grabbing collection. In previous seasons this had more of an impact but is perhaps suffering a little now that there are quite a few other brands doing the same. One thing Barrrett is still definitely ahead of is the use of contrasting fabrics, demonstrated to great effect with the jacket top right.
そして、ミウッチャ・プラダ（Miuccia Prada）が手掛けるプラダ（PRADA）の2010年秋冬コレクションは、ヨーロッパのお坊ちゃま風。ミウッチャならではのキュートコレクションはガールズにはたまらないはず。メンズの襟に要チェック。

レ・ゾム（Les Hommes）は、個人的に大大大好きだ。この絶妙なパンツのシルエットに細かく計算されたディテール。「少し前の○○○じゃん」とも思ってしまいがちだが、まぁ、気にしない。そんなこと言っていたらファッション全てがそうなってしまうし。それよりも、全てのシルエット（パンツ）を揃えたパーフェクトコレクション。

これまた「少し前の○○○じゃん」と思ってしまいがちなジュリアーノ・フジワラ（giuliano Fujiwara）2010年秋冬コレクション。基本的に毎シーズン欠かさずチェックするジュリアーノ・フジワラ。というのは、毎シーズン何か”これ”という引きつける何かがあるのだ。今回の注目点はスタイリング、これといってぶっ飛んでる訳ではないが、なんだか東京のストリートが頭に浮かんでしまう。東京人ならではの重ね着技が非常に目立っていた気がする。

歴史を感じさせるヴィヴィアン・ウエストウッド（Vivienne Westwood）のショーは、やはりオリジナリティーがありストリート・ギャングとでも言おう。勝手なヴィヴィアンのショーに対する意見なのだが、少し海賊っぽい雰囲気を取り入れたショーを実現させてほしい。昔の海賊というよりかは、今現在の海賊をヴィヴィアンなりに演出してほしいと願う。

そして、パリの地に巨大な影響を与えた（Alexander McQUEEN）ウィメンズ・コレクションでは、カラフルな虫を演出したのに対し、2010年メンズ・コレクションでも同テーマで打ち出してきた。どちらかというとダーク目なカラーリングだがインパクト大のショーになったはず。やはり、生き物からのアイデアはとても独特で素晴らしい。
