世界同時不況や効率第一のファッションシーンに一石を投じるべく、”ADDITION ADELAIDE” と “International Gallery BEAMS” がタッグを組み、”SAVE FASHION”をスローガンに掲げたイベントを10月22日（木）から開催されている。22日の初日には、世界のファッションシーンで話題のアーティストをスペシャルゲストとして招き、インスタレーション及びレセプションパーティまでもが行われた。

A week ago, Harajuku select stores Addition Adelaide and International Gallery Beams joined together to ‘Save Fashion’ and ‘Fuck the Recession’. Since last week and continuing until this Friday, a line of limited edition items have been available at the two stores. New York based Art Director Christopher Lee Sauvé was one of the collaborator’s. His now iconic ‘Save Anna’ piece was one of his many works plastered over the walls at the opening party, his street-chic-pop-art aesthetic lending itself well to the punk-protest theme of the campaign.
