9月21日-26日にかけてエアー・ニュージーランド・ファッション・ウィーク（Air New Zealand Fashion Week 2009）がオークランド（Auckland）のヴァイアダクト・ハーバー・マリーン・ビレッジ（Viaduct Harbour Marine Village ）で開催される。ファッション・ウィークと聞くと、パリ、ミラノ、ロンドン、東京と頭に浮かぶだろうが、TOKYO DANDY TEAM はあえてニュージーランドをピック。ここ数年ファッションやクリエイティブ業界への投資を招くことで持続的な経済効果も期待されるニュージーランド・ファッション・シーン。そして、もっともエキサイティングなのはニューヨークからのスペシャル・ゲスト。乞うご期待。
The Tokyo Dandy team are excited to be attending the Air New Zealand Fashion Week 2009 to be held in Auckland, New Zealand from September 21st – 26th. We are looking forward to meeting other international guests who are traveling down to New Zealand as well as the local fashion crowd for what is to be a memorable week which we will be documenting here on Tokyo Dandy. Make no mistake, there is probably no city in the developed world that is as different to the Tokyo Fashion scene as Auckland, and that’s the attraction. We can’t wait to get there.
