2011年春夏パリコレクションがスタートして2日が過ぎた今日、クリスチャン・ディオールのショー会場にケイト・モスが現れ会場は凄いことになっている。パパラッチの数も半端ないようだ。それはさておき、お得意のロック調を醸し出したバルマン（BALMAIN）の2011年春夏コレクションが発表された。レザーのライダースジャケットはもちろん、毎シーズン登場するウォッシュ加工。そして、アメリカの国旗を使用したタンクにヴィンテージ感たっぷりなコレクションになっている。それにしても大量の安全ピン。
The final of the big fashion weeks, Paris ready-to-wear, kicked off a couple of days ago. Balmain, the brand which few can afford but many attempt to imitate presented a collection which swerved little from their established rock chick aesthetic. The shoulders are smaller for sure, but leather studs and pins are still there, mixed with the American flag and some chemical stained pants. Balmain goes punk?
It’s nice for what it is but to be honest i find this whole look a bit dated….
