It was the 20th anniversary of Dolce & Gabbana Menswear and the collection they showed could probably have been shown at any point during the past two decades. Influenced by traditional Italian/Sicilian clothing the line hasn’t evolved at all from last season, but I guess the aim of the Dolce & Gabbana label is to produce staple classics. The line up of high-end high-priced basics was lifted by the appearance of iconic model Tony Ward and an interesting pair of sandals. Annie Lennox on Piano as the shows sound track should have been treat but somehow it felt like a mismatch, as did Morgan Freeman sitting front row. View the video below and see what you think.
