南アフリカ出身でオーストラリア育ちの俳優でシンガーソングライターの「トロイ・シヴァン」。若干20歳のトロイが日本初上陸＋フジロックへの出演が決定。トロイといえば、ジャスティン・ビーバー同様YouTubeが生んだ新世代の注すぎきミュージシャンの1人。2015年11月にはデビュー・アルバム「Blue Neighbourhood」をリリースしている。
Troye Sivan emerged from youtuber fame and acting roes to deliver the stunning debut studio album ‘Blue Neighbourhood’ at the end of 2015. Track ‘Youth’ surmises Siven’s position as the melodic voice of a new generation, Fuji Rock will be his first ever live performance in Japan.

サクセスストーリーの持ち主「イヤーズ＆イヤーズ」。ヴォーカルのオリー含む3人からなる「イヤーズ＆イヤーズ」は、人々がアディクトしてしまうほど中毒性の高いエレクトロサウンドはご存知なはず。”Desire”の日本版MVでは、コンテンポラリーダンサーの菅原小春が監修＆出演を務めたことでも話題に。
Years & Years were one of 2015’s biggest success stories, lead man Olly Alexander’s charm and openness capturing the generational zeitgeist whilst delivering addictive and danceable synthpop. Years & Years made their Japan live debut earlier this year and Tokyo Dandy’s Joe styled dancer Koharu in the groups Japanese market introductory video for ‘Desire’ (view here).
Arguably no music is as perfect for echoing off the mountains of Naeba as the haunting music of Sigur Ros. The Icelanders return to headline the opening night of the festival Friday 22nd July.
