水曜日の夜、ヘンドリックス・ジン主催のソワレが1888年「キング・オブ・デューズ」とも呼ばれていた、アメリカ・ニューヨーク出身のエヴァンダー・ベリー・ウォール氏に捧げる一夜をテーマとして中目黒のベリーで行われた。
ヘンドリックスは皆が思うような普通のジンとは違って、ジュニッパーはもちろん、バラとキュウリのエッセンスが配合されているとても珍しいジンである。そんな変わった味わいは来ていたお客さんも同様、クラシックなジン・トニックやマティーニを始め、ゲスト皆が好きだったアイスクリームを使用したカクテル、ホワイト・カーゴまで、色んなヘンドリックスのカクテルを楽しみながらステキな夜が始まっていた。
ヘンドリックスのグロバル・アンバサダーであるザビエ・パドヴァニさんがミクソロジスト達を監督する中、ミス・キャバレッタさんはお客様達を楽しませていた、とてもステキな一夜だった。
On Wednesday night, Hendrick’s Gin hosted a soiree at Naka Meguro’s Berry to celebrate their ‘Evander Berry Wall’, a tribute to a man who in 1888 the New York American lauded as the ‘King Of Dudes’. Hendrick’s is not your regular gin – infused with juniper, rose & cucumber the tipple is as eccentric as the crowd the evening brought together to enjoy cocktails including classic gin tonics, martinis and and an ice cream concoction ‘White Cargo’ which was a guest favorite. Hendrick’s Brand Ambassador Xavier Padovani oversaw the mixologists whilst Miss Carbaretta entertained the revelers, an enjoyable knees up by all accounts.
