目が覚めるようジェイミー・XXのミュージックビデオ「GOSH」。2015年にリリースされたアルバム ”In Color” に収録されたあの曲、ロケーションにはパリの街並を再現した中国のゴーストタウン、ご存知だろうか、レプリカのエッフェル塔が建つ中国東部地区。この街並を紹介するかのように、CGIや特殊効果などは一切使用せず、中国のキッズたちを何百人も出演させたギャング要素混じりの作品。監督にはM.I.A.の”Bone Free”でご存知ロメイン・ガラウスが担当。
Jamie XX has shared a stunning video for track ‘GOSH’ from 2015’s album ‘In Color’. Directed by Romain Gavras, the MV is set amongst an abandoned urban development, Tianducheng, in China. The rusting replica of the eiffel tower and surrounding tower blocks are populated by a bleach haired tribe of Chinese kids.
