シンガーソングライターで、パフォーマンス・アーティストのレディ・ガガ（Lady Gaga）が、米ローリング・ストーン（Rolling Stone）誌の表紙に起用された。フォトグラファーには、ココ最近活動の場が見られなかったデビット・ラシャペル（David LaChappelle）。きっと、レディ・ガガのパワフルルックを見て活動を開始したのだろう。
マドンナやシンディー・ローパーを目指すだけあって、とても個性的で他のアーティストには真似できなルックになっている。特に衣装やミュージックビデオ、ライブパフォーマンスはかなりの迫力で、見てる側をとても楽しませてくれる。また、つい先日アルバム（THE FAME）にもある「パパラッチ」のPV制作が終了し、これまたクールな仕上がりになっている。そんな彼女がもうすぐ日本に上陸。日本中の人々が彼女と共に踊りまくるのは間違いない。そして、この夏開催されるSUMMER SONIC 09にも出演決定。
Like her or not there is no denying that Lady Gaga is making an impact with her style as well as her music. Like a POP ART character she gives little away in interviews, preferring to be known through her music videos and live performances. She is now on the cover of the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine photographed by the legendary David LaChappelle whilst her new video for song ‘Paparazzi’ breathes new life in the music video format and is a must see. Lady Gaga will be performing in Japan at Summer Sonic this Summer.
