ラグジュアリーブランド「ルイ・ヴィトン（LOUIS VUITTON）」を展開するLVJグループが、2010年東京・銀座に、世界最大級の店舗出店計画を明らかにした。
晴海通り沿いに2010年秋完成予定。地下4階地上12階建てのビル1〜10階部分に出店する見通しで、本拠パリの旗艦店に匹敵する模様になる。高層部分にはレストランを併設する計画も発表されてる。
LOUIS VUITTON はすでに2店舗構えており（銀座）、新店を加え、3店舗体勢となるそうだ。
Louis Vuitton, the ultimate in luxury goods and lifestyle brands, will take up residence in this flag-ship store in Ginza upon it’s completion in 2010. This will be the largest Louis Vuitton store in the world, spread over ten floors with another two floors at the top set aside for luxury dinning. Ginza is becoming as attractive to fans of modern retail architecture as it is to shoppers. When that place opens there is going to be one hell of a party.
