なんと … 日が暮れ始めた5日の日の夜に、シークレットライブが開催されたのです。（プレス向けお披露目会とでも言わせて頂こう）会場は六本木のSUPER DELUXEで、彼女自身、過去にバンド活動をしていたことがあり、SUPER DELUXEはとても思い出のある場所と語っていた。アルバムの中から4曲をピックし初のパフォーマンスを披露したマドモアゼル・ユリア with TRIPLE NIPPLES。
そして、先行配信シングル「GIMME GIMME」のミュージックビデオの一部が公開されちゃってます。ディレクターには、ラブリーなグラフィックでご存知フランス出身のアーティスト、ファフィ（FAFI）。気になる衣装は高円寺のキタコレビルでお馴染み、GARTERデザイナーによるもの。振り付け師には、BANZAIのデザイナーとしても知られるYORUKO BANZAI。要チェク！
また、7月15日（club Asia 東京）には、“MADEMOISELLE YULIA +VERBAL + TRIPLE NIPPLES” によるバンド「ANGREE YUNG ROBOTZ」の貴重なライブパフォーマンスを見ることができる。more info HERE.
Tuesday night was a graduation of sorts for KOZM Agency artist Mademoiselle Yulia – the official press launch of her career as a recording artist with EMI records. Yulia’s star has risen steadily over the past few years, starting out in clubs then putting out 2 well received mix-cds. Already well known in the Tokyo underground club scene, Mademoiselle Yulia’s personal style and electric blue hair have made her a cult favorite in the fashion world both domestically and overseas. On Tuesday night Yulia took to the stage in an outfit by GARTER, backed by The Trippple Nippples and producer Lucas Valentine on the decks. We knew it would be good but we were surprised at how good it was. In an industry of super girly-pop, Yulia’s performance was cool without artifice. She’ll be one of Japans first true cross-over international stars! Executive Producer and KOZM agency Don VERBAL took to the stage after the performance to talk about his first meeting with Yulia and working on her debut album, “MADOMOWORLD”, which is going to be released this Fall. Lead track ‘Gimme Gimme’ drops August 3rd, a preview of the video directed by FAFI can be seen below.
