2011年3月5日にマーク・バイ・マーク・ジェイコブス（MARC BY MARC JACOBS）の、バック＆アクセサリーをメインとした新店舗が新宿のルミネ1に登場。バックやシューズはもちろん、財布やアクセサリー、香水、ヘッドフォンといった種類豊富のアイテムたちがズラリ。さらに、オープン初日となった5日の日には、10周年ということで10人のメンズモデルが現れたのだ。来店されたお客様たちは10人のBOYSを見て満足そうに笑みを浮かべていたとか。
This past Saturday marked the opening of a new Marc by Marc Jacobs store in Shinjukus LUMINE-1. A few friends made up a troupe of 10 models who paraded around the store and outside the front of LUMINE/Shinjuku Station to celebrate the occasion, much to the delight of the crowds of Saturday shoppers.
