‘Model/DJ’ has become a bit of a cliche, but Elli-Rose has made a hugely successful cross-over between the two, seeing her play at the biggest club nights in Japan and earning respect from established music peers. We think Elli has done so well due to her genuine love of music and a good night out. In a city where agents pay the way for ‘celebrities’ to fill perceive gaps in markets this is an example of how true passion and talent can succeed.
