熊谷隆志がディレクションを務めるクラフト＆カルチャー ショップ「CPCM」が11月28日に東京・神宮前にオープンする。
Photographer, stylist and cultural provocateur Takashi Kumagai serves as the Director of CPCM, a new concept store opening November 28th in JIngumae, Tokyo.
「CPCM」は、”Crafts and Permaculture Country Mail”をコンセプトに、ハンドメイドの温かみのあるクラフト雑貨や家具をセレクトし、オリジナルのウェア、メンズ＆ウィメンズを揃えた大人のためのショッピングモール。一点モノのの家具や作家ものの陶器、日本初上陸ブランドのアパレル、クラフトサンドウィッチとクオリティ・コーヒーを提供するカフェなど＿他の”ライフスタイルショップ”とは一線を画するラインナップ。一部展開ブランドのデザイナーが来日するなど、「CPCM」ならではのスペシャルな企画が用意されている。
CPCM stands for ‘Crafts and Permaculture Country Mail’, a retail destination that marries craft goods and furniture with handmade, original hardware. As well as men’s and women’s apparel CPCM will serve up fresh sandwiches and coffee.
また、過去にTOKYODANDYでも紹介した（こちら）ハットメーカーで友人のトム・オブライアンによる「Bona capello（ボナ・カペロ）」のオーダーメイドハットの受注会およびトランクショーがオープン日の11月28日に開催される。完全受注の貴重なハット以外に、オープンを記念したBona capelloとの限定ハットも販売予定。
One of the artisan brands to be located at CPCM is bespoke Hat-Maker Bona Cappello (previously introduced on Tokyo Dandy). As well as being on-site for custom orders, some limited edition hats will be available on-the-spot to celebrate the opening of CPCM.
ラルフローレンやリーバイスなどでマーチャンダイザーとしてキャリアを積み＿2010年にカリフォルニア・LAでスタートしたショップ/ブランドで、ハンドメイドにこだわったオリジナルのレザーグッズや、ヴィンテージをカスタムしたウェアなどを展開する「RTH」が日本初となる本格上陸を果たす。
CPCM will be the first retailer in Japan to stock the reworked Ralph Lauren and Levis vintage wares of LA brand RTH (pictured above).
