NOZOMI ISHIGURO Haute Couture（ノゾミイシグロ・オートクチュール）の2011/12年秋冬コレクションが、4月15日ラフォーレ・ミュージアム原宿にて発表された。ファニー＆ユニークなピースが毎シーズン登場するNOZOMI ISHIGURO。今シーズンでは、ニットやファーを使用したアイテムが多く、一見ドールのようなモデルたち。
そして、一枚の紙に綴られたイギリス出身の歌手、マリアンヌ・フェイスフル（Marianne Faithfull）による、「As Tears Go By（涙あふれて）」の歌詞。どんな意味を込めて … この曲をピックしたのか …。そう …これぞ急遽変更したコンセプトなのだ。それはさておき、これまでとは一味変わったコレクション。
We have personal ties with Nozomi Ishiguro, Joe has walked for the brand at least 5 times that I can remember and he has even cast their show in the past. For me, Nozomi Ishiguro a leading example of what many see to be ‘Tokyo Style’. The layering, clashing colors and patterns coupled with the unique cuts and silhouettes collaborate to make a brand which is instantly recognizable. The Fall/Winter 2011/12 collection took place at the La Foret Museum/Gallery Space in Harajuku, shafts of light across the wooden floor forming the runway with red lanterns proving over head lights. This great effect made it difficult to photograph, but that’s of little concern as this season ‘Tokyo Fashion Film’ has been on hand to capture the shows in HD, see the video below.
