高円寺北通にある「キタコレビル」という名の服屋。「GARTER」「シークレットDOG」「ilil」などのブランドが揃い、ハンドでカスタムされたユニークなピースたち。そんなキタコレの「ilil（イルイル）」からインパクト大のカスタムジャケットが登場。「ilil」と言えばイギリス出身のレイチェルが立ち上げたリメイクブランド。スタイリッシュな拘りがそれぞれのピースに思いをよせる。ホットなカスタムジャケット … マドンナに2PAC、リアーナにビョークと音楽界のアイコンをフィーチャした「楽観主義（Optimism）」な新作ピース。
Kita-Kore building’s iLiL boutique is a place where clothes and accessories are re-imagined with a free-spirited playfulness that has captured the imagination of Koenji-kids and stylists alike. It’s here we’ve witnessed the birth of the Disco Ball Crash helmet, light up deco-turtles, Nike Air Fox-1’s and dozens of studded treasures. Now iLiL’s Designer Rachel brings us ‘Optimistic Fan’, custom made jackets featuring icons 2PAC, Rihanna, Bjork and Madonna. We collaborated with Rachel on this editorial in the true spirit of iLiL, photographing Tokyo’s hottest boy Detto K on the roof of the Kita Kore Building and giving the raw photos to Rachel to re-make, which, inspired by PURIKURA, she has.
