3ボタンスーツが非常に目立っていたミウッチャ・プラダ（Miuccia Prada）によるプラダ（PRADA）の2011年春夏メンズコレクションが素晴らしい空間で発表された。スポーツライクなサングラスを首にぶら下げ、大きめのウエストバックがアクセントに。また、デニムを使用したシャツにショーツ。一見作業服のようなサイズ感も出てきたりと、これまでのプラダとは一味違った感じがした。
PRADA menswear S/S 2011 was presented in an amazing space, very modern and utlilitarian. It show-cased a collection Muccia Prada explained was inspired by ‘work-wear from around the world’. Bags hung of belts, wide legged shorts were accessorized with sports-like sunglasses and multi-tiered shoes. It was interesting to see basic forms of work-wear next to the formal work wear attire of the suit, it makes us question what we wear to work and why.
