ベルギー出身のフォトグラファー、ウィリー・ヴァンダピエールによる「ラフ シモンズ（Raf Simons）」の2014/15年秋冬キャンペーン「Raf Simons/Sterling Ruby」が公開された。
「アディダス（adidas）」と「ラフ シモンズ（Raf Simons）」の2014/15年秋冬コレクション「adidas by RAF SIMONS」から、新作5型（Bunny Bounce, Bunny Rising Star, Response Trail 2, Rising Star 2, Bounce）が、8月上旬から9月下旬にかけて発売される。90年代カムバックでスニーカーブームが到来した2014年。ブーツよりもスニーカーを好んで履くお洒落キッズ。ナイキやリーボック、アディダスにニューバランスとスポーツブランドはもちろん、ヴァレンティノにリック・オウエンス。数ヶ月前には、ナイキとリカルド・ティッシュによるNIKE AIR FORCE 1がリリースされたばかり。なかでも、アディダスとラフシモンズのスニーカーはコレクターが増える程の人気を。
Raff Simmons and Artist Sterling Ruby’s collaborative effort goes beyond the formal conventions of most Collab’s, their close relationship is realized in a canvas like approach to the pieces they create, patch like, painterly, youthful yet somehow classic – a sentiment captured in the above visuals by photographer Willy Vanderperre.

今回新しく開発されたニューモデルは、米軍のバニーブーツにインスパイアされた「adidas by RAF SIMONS Bunny Bounce」と「adidas by RAF SIMONS Rising Star」の2型。Bunny Bounceは、ハイトップのアウトドア用レースアップブーツで、シームレスでラバーのような感触のパテントシンセティック素材をアッパーに使用。ミッドソールには、TPU素材を使用し、アディダスのパフォーマンス メガ バウンス テクノロジーを採用（ダークネイビーナイトシェイド、バーガンディの2種類）。Rising Starは、Bunny Bounce同様ハイトップのアウトドア用レースアップブーツで、マット仕上げにシームレスなラバーシンセティック素材をアッパーに使用。ミッドソールはモールドコンポーネント2個を付けたダイカットEVA素材を使用（ライトグレー、オレンジ、ブラックと3種類）。
It’s not the only Simmons gaining a cult-like following however, the Designers seasonal outings with Adidas are some of the most highly coveted sneakers in this era of sports/high fashion fusion.
