原宿の明治通沿いにグランドオープンした「キュープラザ原宿」の4階にダイニングバー「SMITH」が3月28日にオープン。「ここでしか味わえない」フードやドリンクを提供する「SMITH」は、オペレーションファクトリーがプロデュースする「食」と「アート」と「音楽」を融合したダイニングバー。写真やイラスト、ファッション誌やフォトブックが飾られた店内は、ニューヨーカー好みの雰囲気。奥へ行くとラウンジに個室、テラスと約100席が設けられているほか、海外ミュージシャンのCDがセレクトされた謎の黒いテレフォンボックスが設置されている。そう、受話器を耳にあてると「SMITH」おすすめの音楽が試聴できるという仕組みだ（こちらは、独立系音楽会社「ホステス・エンターテイメント」が楽曲提供）。是非足を運んでみるべし。

SMITH Dining Bar has recently opened at Q plaza Harajuku, Tokyu’s latest property development on Meiji Dori. The space combines a classic wooden bar with an industrial-feel ceiling finished in silver. Subtle lighting by chandeliers lends a Saint Laurent studio vibe to the space which is suitably littered with fashion magazines and art books. An outside seating area full of plants creates the perfect Summer inner-city getaway. Hostess Records have a phone booth where you can check out the latest releases from their roster of artists including FKA Twigs, Ariel Pink and Belle And Sebastian.
