Miley Cyrus’ punk incarnation gets the cover of the latest edition of V Magazine photographed by Mario Testino. Cyrus is on a roll, her well received track with Snoop Dogg (Lion?) ‘Ashtrays and Heartbreaks‘ is one of our favorites so far this year and bodes well for her Pharrell Williams produced album due soon.
