私たちが東京でもっとも好きな二人、VERBAL(m-flo)とYOONが、なんとあの権威あるアメリカのニューヨークタイムズに掲載されている。記事の話題は“The Originals”で、他に６人の日本の著名人が掲載されている（菊地凛子/Global Player・荒木経惟/Provocateur・ヨウジヤマモト＆リミ/Design Kin・村上隆/Pop Export・はら としお/Art Champion・Ambush Design/Hipster Hyphenates）。
写真家のロバートマックスウェル（Rovert Maxwell）が彼らをシューティングし、その仕上がりも最高のできだ。ファッションが常に変わって、またブランドばかりの街にVERBALとYOONが自分たちの道を進み、好きなものを作り上げ、またそれが、沢山の若者の刺激となってる。東京での彼らは真の“オリジナル”だ。

Two of our favorite people about Tokyo Town, Verbal and Yoon, are featured in none other than the New York Times, one of Americas most prestigious Newspapers. The feature is called “The Originals” and features 6 Japanese personalities, you should check it out here. Photographer Robert Maxwell captured great images of all the people featured. We think it’s great that Verbal and Yoon are recognized in such a way, as in a homogenous city where style often trumps quality, the two are a positive and inspiring force who unashamedly enjoy what they do and are great people too. In Tokyo they are true “originals”. We are looking forward to the new Teriyaki Boyz album in 2009!!!
