エディ・スリマン（Hedi Slimane）は、2008年秋発行の VMAN Magazine の表紙のために、ピティ・ライト（Petey Wright）を撮影した。Wright はフォード・モデル・コンテスト（Ford Model Contest）で勝ち、更に表紙スタイリングには、DAZED & CONFUSED の Creative Director でもある二コラ・フォルミケッティ（Nicola Formichetti）がスタイリングを担当。Wright は1000人もの有力候補を叩きのめしたのだ。雑誌の中を見てみると、カール・ラガーフェルド（Karl Lagerfeld）と、ガレス・ピュー（Gareth Pugh）の特集エディトリアルページがある。

Hedi Slimane shot Petey Wright for the cover of Fall 2008 VMAN Magazine. Wright beat 1000 other hopefuls to win the Ford Model contest and be styled by Nicola Fromichetti for the cover.
