2009年に始まったグローバル・ファッション・イベント「FASHION’S NIGHT OUT」が9月8日にやってくる。2011年11月5日に開催された昨年のFNOは、震災復興支援ということもあり各国のVOGUE編集長、デザイナーらの来日で史上初歴史的イベントを記録。
TOKYODANDYは、マークジェイコブス青山にて ‘カスタマイズスタジオ’ を開催。VOGUEより許可を得てレディー・ガガ表紙のアメリカ版VOGUEセプテンバー・イッシュー（9月号）をカスタマイズ。デュオのマート＆マーカスが撮り下ろしたあの表紙を訪れる方々とカスタマイズ。マジックで得意のイラストを描いてみたり折り紙でコラージュ風に仕上げても良し。眠っている自身の創造力・クリリティヴィティを発揮させるべし。1階では、フォトグラファー新田桂一氏によるフォトセッションが予定されている。9月8日マークジェイコブス青山にてお待ちしてます！

Fashion’s Night Out, the global celebration of Fashion from Vogue magazines around the world returns to Japan this Saturday 8th September. TOKYO DANDY will be at the award-winning Marc Jacobs Aoyama boutique with a bunch of friends for the whole evening. With Keiichi Nitta providing high voltage snap shots, and a Belvedere Bar on the ground floor, we’re set for a fun night! We want to add a creative element to the evening so we’ve decided to make the 2nd floor of the store our very own Vogue Cover Customization Studio. With the kind permission of American Vogue, we’re inviting guests to customize the September issue of US Vogue which features Lady Gaga photographed by Mert & Marcus. We’ll have tools on hand, we just need you and your creativity, so please drop by for a few cocktails! There’ll be plenty of special guests during the evening, hopefully you’re one of them, you’re all invited. We’ve also got a bunch of US and Japan Vogue’s to flick through and give out.
We’ll post some of the covers on Tokyo Dandy in the following week with prizes for the best efforts!
